We are a California public benefit organization with exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code with a mission to provide services to children and their families who are affected by catastrophic injury. Your gift to The Maryam Parman Foundation for Injured Children helps us improve the lives of these children and their families.
Our foundation offers several services that provide the aid children and their families need to help them recover from their catastrophic injuries.
We fund and coordinate various forms of therapy for injured children such as swim therapy, hippotherapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and more.
We arrange in-home nursing for our catastrophically injured children so they can receive the care they need from the comfort of their own home.
We provide medical devices, such as prosthetics and bioness devices, to help with day-to-day activities.
We administer various mobility accessibilities to help create more ease for injured children to navigate through their home and in public, such as wheelchair vans, stairlifts, access ramps, scooters, and more.
We are actively fundraising for several projects and we need your support. Please help us reach our goals!
We invite you to join us for the first annual MPFIC Charity Golf Tournament on Friday, August 21st at Strawberry Farms. This event promises to be a day of fun with friends and an opportunity for you to support the children that our foundation helps everyday.
Our volunteers loved participating again in the “Sharing the Spirit” at the South Coast Plaza, organized by The Happiness Project OC. For a second year, we helped spread holiday cheer to the homeless and foster youth of Orange County.
We had a fantastic evening raising money to help children who suffer from severe injuries. Activities included a silent and live auction, live entertainment, dinner, and drinks!

Our Executive Director sat down with the Civil Rights Attorneys behind the nonprofit Inclusive Education Project, “IEP,” to discuss Special Education Law & the parallels between what they do for families, work we do for our children, and the importance of advocating for every child, despite their disability, so they don’t fall through the cracks.
